Kitsap County Roof Repair and Replacement

Honestly, I just can't imagine what this renovation experience would be like if I were working with another company. Anthony Soto showed up from Tri Sate to do my first roof inspection and bid and I already knew that I wanted to give this company my business. Not because of any pressuring sales tactics but because of the distinct lack thereof. I did not tell him so, but I was ready to cancel my other appointments and not waste my time or theirs on getting other bids. My daughter was appalled at the suggestion and insisted that I do my due diligence so I would know I was getting the best price. I told her that price wasn't the only thing to consider, but complied. It turned out that I was right, I did get the best price AND someone I have loved working with.
I also need a new deck, windows, and front door, while some roofing companies do not offer these services, Tri State is one that does. I love that I get to work with TriState to accomplish all of these services through one coordinator, especially one who takes such a personal interest in the success of my projects. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me prepare for the arrival of the workers. And he has patiently helped me to narrow down my many choices. Sometimes, I think Anthony is more excited to see the final results than I am, the before and after pictures are going to be AMAZING!

Tri State roofing is amazing! The crew was great and easy to work with. We had James hardi siding installed and looks amazing!! Jose and his crew were on top of everything and was finished within a week!! I highly recommend this company!!

When getting housing renovations, or any sort of maintenance on something in an every day life, one doesn’t how important it is to have a company and a project manager with good customer service, communication, and professionalism, until you’ve had a bad experience.

BUT that’s the exact opposite for our experiences with TriState Roofing, Inc. and their awesome employees.

I cannot stress enough how certain our household was when we got an estimate from Anthony Soto, who thoroughly walked us through the entire process.

We had initially only sought out to get our roof redone, but when Soto elaborated on a vision for the potential our home has to feel new again, we started seriously considering what else TriState had to offer.
I kid you not, after it was all said and done, we all agreed that in addition to a fully redone roof, vented and up to industry standard, that we wanted to redo our gutters, siding, windows, front door, AND our back deck renovated. And after viewing several before and after photos of their past projects, we couldn’t think otherwise.

It’s worth noting that a family member had pressured us into being extra responsible , and get a second and third estimate / opinion, so we scheduled two more. Company 2 had to reschedule, and then the guy with company 3 just didn’t make us feel anywhere near as confident or comfortable with anything they had to offer in comparison; not service, not availability of choices, and certainly not pricing. To be honest, we wanted the guy to leave because we were so set on everything we had been stoked about because of our experience with TriState thus far.

Lastly, the representative and project manager we have, Anthony Soto, I cannot stress enough, has gone above and beyond to ensure we feel comfortable and prepared for this epic transformation of our home.

Great experience dealing with this company. The team was very friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. They answered my questions quickly and were very helpful throughout the interaction. Definitely a company that cares about great customer service. Highly recommend reaching out to them.

We called Tristate roofing for a second estimate. They were able to come the next day even though their was current open bid the estimator. Was very professional and was able to get me an apples for apples comparison to the other bid. They came in at an almost identical quote which gave me reassurance that which ever company I went with that I was getting a fair price. I just want to thank tristate and Captain for their timely and professional response.

Anthony was super honest and helpful during our roof inspection. He was very thorough and upfront. I have never felt so trusting during an estimate/inspection or felt pressured into buying or signing up for a service.
