Honestly, I just can't imagine what this renovation experience would be like if I were working with another company. Anthony Soto showed up from Tri Sate to do my first roof inspection and bid and I already knew that I wanted to give this company my business. Not because of any pressuring sales tactics but because of the distinct lack thereof. I did not tell him so, but I was ready to cancel my other appointments and not waste my time or theirs on getting other bids. My daughter was appalled at the suggestion and insisted that I do my due diligence so I would know I was getting the best price. I told her that price wasn't the only thing to consider, but complied. It turned out that I was right, I did get the best price AND someone I have loved working with.
I also need a new deck, windows, and front door, while some roofing companies do not offer these services, Tri State is one that does. I love that I get to work with TriState to accomplish all of these services through one coordinator, especially one who takes such a personal interest in the success of my projects. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me prepare for the arrival of the workers. And he has patiently helped me to narrow down my many choices. Sometimes, I think Anthony is more excited to see the final results than I am, the before and after pictures are going to be AMAZING!

Tri State roofing is amazing! The crew was great and easy to work with. We had James hardi siding installed and looks amazing!! Jose and his crew were on top of everything and was finished within a week!! I highly recommend this company!!

When getting housing renovations, or any sort of maintenance on something in an every day life, one doesn’t how important it is to have a company and a project manager with good customer service, communication, and professionalism, until you’ve had a bad experience.

BUT that’s the exact opposite for our experiences with TriState Roofing, Inc. and their awesome employees.

I cannot stress enough how certain our household was when we got an estimate from Anthony Soto, who thoroughly walked us through the entire process.

We had initially only sought out to get our roof redone, but when Soto elaborated on a vision for the potential our home has to feel new again, we started seriously considering what else TriState had to offer.
I kid you not, after it was all said and done, we all agreed that in addition to a fully redone roof, vented and up to industry standard, that we wanted to redo our gutters, siding, windows, front door, AND our back deck renovated. And after viewing several before and after photos of their past projects, we couldn’t think otherwise.

It’s worth noting that a family member had pressured us into being extra responsible , and get a second and third estimate / opinion, so we scheduled two more. Company 2 had to reschedule, and then the guy with company 3 just didn’t make us feel anywhere near as confident or comfortable with anything they had to offer in comparison; not service, not availability of choices, and certainly not pricing. To be honest, we wanted the guy to leave because we were so set on everything we had been stoked about because of our experience with TriState thus far.

Lastly, the representative and project manager we have, Anthony Soto, I cannot stress enough, has gone above and beyond to ensure we feel comfortable and prepared for this epic transformation of our home.

Great experience dealing with this company. The team was very friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. We called Tristate roofing for a second estimate. They were able to come the next day even though their was current open bid the estimator. Was very professional and was able to get me an apples for apples comparison to the other bid. They came in at an almost identical quote which gave me reassurance that which ever company I went with that I was getting a fair price. I just want to thank tristate and Captain for their timely and professional response.

The crew did a superb job on installing my new siding and my new door. They were punctual and very clean. I am absolutely pleased with their performance. The workers were friendly. The installation was completed and the area was thoroughly cleaned. I am satisfied. I change the roof. It took 2 day in total.

I hired them for preventive maintenance before monsoon season. They cleaned gutters, resealed minor cracks, and checked all roof edges carefully. Nothing major was wrong, but they still found a few weak spots I hadn’t noticed. The work didn’t feel rushed, though it took longer than I expected for a “maintenance” job. One small frustration was that the appointment was shifted once, but they informed me ahead of time. Overall, the roof feels more prepared for heavy rain now.

I am so impressed with Tristate roofing. This is the first window purchase I’ve done, and couldn’t imagine the process being any more customer oriented. From start to finish I was pleased how well tristate handled my needs.

Initially contacted from a door to door spokesman, I expressed interest in new windows and got a call a few days later. I told sales that I couldn’t afford the windows now, but in the future I should. They said they’ll call back in 6 months, and their call came no earlier. Told them I still wasn’t ready, and to call back in a year. Tristate respected that wish, and called back a little over a year later.

I still wasn’t ready, but they offered a free estimate and walkthrough. The gentleman was very professional, very experienced, and thoroughly convinced me they had the best product. From the design to engineering, these are truly the most dependable and high quality windows on the market. The quote was still 25% too high for my budget, and told him I needed more time to afford it. They respectfully called me every 6 months to checkup for almost 1.5 years.

I eventually got a significantly higher salary and could afford it. Next time Tristate called I said I was ready, another measurement and quote salesman came by quickly. They added my windows onto a huge commercial order, and the price was over 25% lower! After agreeing to the price and signing documents, installers (Mark) came out and did final measurements.

A bit later the install was scheduled, Mark said over the phone it will probably take from 8-5, and maybe an extra day. This was alright by me. Once Mark and his team got to my house, they started right away and quickly installed all windows. They were finished before 3:30, very professional, and polite to my family. Mark even took the time to give a new homeowner valuable advice regarding other aspects of preventative maintenance my house needs. Very much appreciated to have priorities.

After having dealt with a roofing company that was pushy and a bit sketchy talking with the sales representatives for Tristate was a pleasure. Because of the circumstances we ended up having 2 reps come out - one from residential and one from business - they were both great, consummate professionals. They were easy to talk to and it didn't feel like they were trying to pull the wool over us.

The installation went great. The team worked on one of the coldest days in December and they on one of the rainiest. The first day they worked well into the night to make sure our roof was sealed up before the rains came the next day. They were on the roof all day the next day in some pretty horrible conditions getting everything done. When they were done they cleaned up all their mess.

I couldn't be happier with the work. We need to get our gutters replaced and we'll probably go with Tristate for them as well because we had such a good experience with them getting the roof replaced.

Great rep. Very professional, and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair estimate of two qualities of Pella windows. Further he inspected a problem w my Solar Tubes.

Ten years ago I had a GAF roof installed by Tristate Roofing, the Tacoma WA location. That went very smoothly. I knew that my house was protected and the upgrades helped the house to stay cool in the Summer heat. Then recently a small area became slightly miss colored. Tristate helped with the warranty and the repair was perfect. I do recommend Tristate and GAF products.
